Position- Senior Web Focus Developer Location: Dayton, Ohio Excellent communication skills need. Mentioning other developers! We are looking for a Leader who is detail oriented, highly organized candidate with strong verbal communication skills. A strong candidate will also have a thorough understanding of object oriented coding design and coding experience and ability to prioritize multiple project activities. Also the candidate needs to be driven by results, has experience tracking weekly project reporting metrics, and has a thorough understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and can mentor a team of follow developers also. Job Functions: Perform requirements definition, schema design, ETL (SSIS), cube design and development (SSAS), end-user presentation (via analytic reports, graphs, scorecards, etc.), testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Create and maintain a variety of related artifacts (e.g., requirements, process models or diagrams, data matrices, project deliverables). Translate technical and business requirements into innovative efficient reporting solutions Complete SQL development and systems programming tasks as assigned Collaborate with project resources to drive database reporting design for core device management metrics Communicate weekly overall status updates to project sponsors Field questions from project members Soft skills as well as technical skills are critical in the position Ensure adherence to architecture standards and compliance Minimum Position Qualifications: A demonstrated understanding of object oriented coding design and concepts Experience with C#, .Net, and Web Services A thorough understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) Direct experience with Microsoft SQL 2005 or greater (prefer SQL 2008R2 or 2012 experience) Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (2005 minimum, 2008R2-2012 preferred) Experience with SSAS SQL Server Analysis (SSAS) (2005 minimum, 2008R2-2012 preferred) Data Warehousing experience able to do knowledge transfer/mentoring throughout the process. Must be very organized, able to balance multiple priorities, and driven by accomplishments Must be proficient with project summary reporting.
