*Ecommerce BA with functional ATG B2B package suite experience** (MUST HAVE THIS EXP.) 3 months in Chicago. Needs to start this week!!* · This resource is going to be responsible for creating functional design documentation for parts of the new ATG system. In particular this person will be responsible for designing the BCC (mainly) and CA & CSC (secondarily) modules including their configuration, workflows and logical data. · Ideally this would be a resource with experience in these modules in an analyst/design roles across a number of ATG projects. It's not an architect or developer but the person needs to be a stone ATG expert. · Need strong independent documentation skills, able to work under tight deadlines, not mousy, and can run on a small focused team. >From the Engagement Manager: “To follow up on the call we had I am really looking for business analysts who have done design work on the core of an eCommerce package. In terms of questions to ask I will really just be trying to understand if they have done design on the core of the system. The question to ask is tell me about a part of the eCommerce system you did the design for. If the answer relates to eCommerce instead of reporting, content management or data migration that is good. I usually then follow up and ask what was unique about that feature for that client.
