Successfully execute projects to agreed schedule, budget and scopeClose the project to formalize acceptance of the project result and release project resources. Perform gate reviews and quality assurance reviews. Lead project teams consisting of cross functional, global, and virtual groups. 10+ years of experience in program/project management and in a corporate IT environment. Experience with payroll, tax, accounting, and financial processes and technology. Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills. Must have experience in rolling out SAP HCM Payroll with mergers and acquisition. Experience of managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large, complex projects typically up to XXm in value and 12 months in duration. Experience in leading projects customizing and implementing Packaged solutions in support of financial business & tax applications. Experience across packaged and bespoke systems and infrastructure, ideally on an international. *SAP-Payroll / Time Management Consultant* *3625 Illinois Avenue Saint Charles, IL 60174* *12+ Months* *Reason for Request:* SAP HCM Time configuration with Kronos interface experience. Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant. Extensive experience in Time Management Modules - at least 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations. Write schemas and rules in Time Management module to meet business requirement.Must have experience with SAP Enhancement package EHP 6.0Experience in new interface and troubleshooting existing ones. Strong communication (verbal/written) to support face time with client’s senior HR team members/leaders.Extensive experience in Payroll Management Modules - at least 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations.
