Experience in defining services based on requirements and data models Write high level and detail design for services At least 2 year experience in *MQ and Message Broker* working on Oracle database. Analyze business requirements and help translate to system requirements Mentor and coach team members as needed Experience in *IBM Websphere Message Broker* 6.0 or latter. Strong hands-on on usage of ESQL and Java for message transformation.
