. Good experience in the JDK1.6/1.5, J2EE, JSF, Rich Faces, Seam2.2
. Build tools Maven, Ant and Deployment experience is desirable
. Need to have the experience at least 8 years. Let's check with

. Good understanding of the Oracle 11g, Hibernate
. Eclipse IDE with JBOSS Tools plug-ins
. Technical trouble shooting
. Thorough understanding of Design patterns and GOF patterns
. Performance Analysis understanding of Java/J2EE world
