*Need Lead Business Analyst in CA - 1+ Year project* Position : Lead Business Analyst Location : El Segundo,CA Duration : 1+ Year *Client requires GC or USC!* Job Description: In this role, you will be tasked with creating requirements, specifications, test plans, and make technical decisions to successfully deliver projects on time. You will drive technical issues to completion and ensure requirements are fully tested to yield quality end products with quick time to market. To be a success in this role, you’ll need to have strong business systems analysis skills, an ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs, and enjoy serving as a subject matter expert for development, test and deployment activities. You’ll be working with the latest video technologies! Daily duties: Lead commercial video delivery project through entire development lifecycle from kick-off to production deployment Lead design review meetings with multiple involved parties Define system test and deployment plan Ensure project fully satisfies the specified requirements Ensure cross-department technical alignment Address technical issues to ensure appropriate resolution (identify gaps, decision-making with coordination of the technical teams, drive resolution of issues and escalate accordingly) Define system level specifications Perform systems analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements/test traceability Partner with project management team to meet schedule Review and sign off on every phase and delivery of the project Coordinate training and handoff to the different operations teams Drive Go/No Go decisions Support warranty period in production Perform post mortem analysis and documentation Experience needed: BS Degree in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the area of systems engineering, design, and integration. MS degree preferred.
