Position : Project Manager
Location : NYC,NY
Duration : 6+ Months

Job Summary:
Manages projects to ensure it meets the business requirements, internal or
external stakeholders are satisfied and it meets the project plans
obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.

Core responsibilities/Skills:
This person will be needed to help us finish deliverables.
Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills and overall documentation practices.
We will utilize this person to help us document our procedures, build out
our MIR3 structure for this need.
Consultant will also organize the tasks that need to be finished, track
them and execute on time.
Must be very well organized
Plans, monitors and administers part of a mid-size project to ensure
client/internal customer satisfaction.
Manages projects while being mentored by one of the senior project managers.
Organizes and utilizes resources and coordinates effectively with
stakeholders and colleagues.
Meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality,
costs and timeframes.
Meets project deadlines through developing effective relationships in order
to get things done.
Has experience in project management delivery utilizing established project
management methodology.

Functional knowledge: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own
discipline and broadens capabilities. Business expertise: Understands key
business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities. Is accountable for developing
functional knowledge in order to become a full contributor to the team and
its work distribution
Problem solving: Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes
possible solutions using existing experience, existing standards/
precedents and processes; and will be getting more comfortable using own
judgment. Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the
team; works within standardized guidelines, procedures and practices and
meets deadlines as described by supervisor. Interpersonal skills: Exchanges
straightforward information with others; asks questions and checks for
understanding. Is being more independent in thought; is starting to
challenge ‘why’ and gets involved in more difficult discussions.
Innovation and Creativity: Experiments with a variety of techniques (e.g.,
brainstorming, visualization, collaboration) to generate innovative ideas;
questions boundaries.
Looks for best practice information within the department to generate new
ideas
Questions traditional assumptions and generates creative solutions,
remaining open to non-traditional practices. Project Management:
Proactively seeks out and utilizes available project management tools and
resources to provide input into timing estimates for project components.
Develops components of project plans and prioritizes tasks to achieve
project milestones. Tracks and monitors multiple aspects of a project
simultaneously (e.g., project deadlines, performance to specifications and
requirements).

Position : Jr to Mid Level-Project Manager
Location : NYC,NY
Duration : 6+ Months
Max Rate $50/hr on c2c all inclusive.
