*Need QA Analyst in TN - 6 Months contract!* Position : QA Analyst Location : Nashville,TN Duration : 6 Months(Contract to hire) Client requires GC or USC for contract to hire. Rate : *$35/hr on C2C!* Responsibilities: Oversees and performs all aspects of developing and supporting test automation efforts. Interacts with application or testing SMEs to develop detailed test cases for use in test automation development. Oversees Associate Testing Tools Analyst and Testing Tools Analyst I in support of Client Support Services and tool user base for issues related to the IT&S testing toolset. Performs all aspects of ensuring IT&S testing tools meet the needs of the user community by staying current in technical and process developments. Ensures tools are aligned to defined testing tools processes. Assists Senior Testing Tools Analyst and Consulting Testing Tools Analyst with tool purchases and maintenance of current toolsets with regard to upgrades, licenses, etc Oversees and performs all aspects of mentoring, development, and training of QACOE team members on IT&S testing toolset and test automation. Provides training to Testing Technology team members Required Skills/Experience: Excellent written and verbal communications Demonstrated logic and analytical ability Attention to detail and desire for accuracy Strong understanding of software technologies and development languages Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities requiring critical thinking skills Understanding of software testing tools Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities HP Application Lifecycle Management knowledge required Understanding of software testing lifecycle Supplemental education or certifications in software testing tools or test automation tools.
