Requirement:
Microsoft BI Architect/Specialist for supporting our Global Information
Services group. The BI Architect \ Specialist will be the primary source of
expertise for Microsoft Business Intelligence and visualization within a
larger team of information, warehouse architects.  They will take full
ownership of Microsoft BI stack including Power Pivot, Power View and
integration with Excel and SharePoint.  They will take primary
responsibility for the SSAS and SSAS Tabular data layers.

Experience/Skills Required:
8+ years of experience architecting, developing and/or managing the
implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SQL
Server, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Excel utilizing experience with
Microsoft OLAP.
Experience in identifying, analyzing and translating business requirements
and rules into intuitive analytical solutions, business scorecards and
management dashboards
Understanding of Business Intelligence solutions: operational and
analytical, strong knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional database
architectures
Expertise in the Microsoft BI solution offerings including SQL Server 2012
stack PowerView, PowerPivot, SharePoint, Excel Web Apps, Reporting
Services, Performance Point Services, and Native Excel
Exposure to the SQL Server 2014, particularly the in-memory capabilities
Significant experience using complex SSAS capabilities, such as cube level
calculations including scope statements, Measure Groups, Partitioning and
complex calculated hierarchies
Strong understanding of multidimensional database design and architecture
Experience of SQL Server Tabular Model and it’s capabilities with respect
to SQL Server SSAS.
Excellent data analysis skills using SQL
Strong understanding of SharePoint Business Intelligence Architecture
Strong analytical skills and an ability to present and communicate data,
trends, insights and recommendations
Experience developing visualizations in conjunction with the business
users, perhaps in a workshop environment
Experience in fitment analysis on SharePoint BI Offerings
Experience in Kerberos and Kerberos constraint delegation
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing
priorities
Experience in working well with others on the team to design and maintain
corporate data architecture, meet project milestones, manage client
satisfaction and mentor others within the larger team
