Job Description
High Level Job Description:The Identity Management (idM) Infrastructure
Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the environment for PepsiCo’s
current Identity Management solution, including legacy tools. This role
requires hands on administration of all Identity Management and Directory
hardware, operating system and application software. The idM Infrastructure
/ Operations Specialist will work with various PepsiCo project teams and
other staff developers to ensure that PepsiCo Information Security
Guidelines and standards are adhered to while meeting the requirements of
the project.
Job Description:Job Title: Security Infrastructure Specialist


The Security Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for maintaining
the environment for PepsiCo’s current Web Access Management solution,
including legacy tools. This role requires hands on administration of all
Identity and Access Management hardware, operating system and application
software. The Infrastructure Specialist will work with various PepsiCo
project teams and other staff developers to ensure adherence to PepsiCo
Information Security Guidelines and standards, while meeting the
requirements of the project.


The Infrastructure Specialist must be comfortable working with multi-tiered,
clustered web applications to ensure high availability and scalability of CA
SiteMinder and Sun Directory Server in a secured environment to meet the
required Service Level Agreements. The Infrastructure Specialist is
responsible for the configuration and administration of all supported tools,
and will oversee and troubleshoot the Identity and Access Management
environment. This specialist is also responsible for structured code build
and deployments for J2EE systems (Identity Manager) which follow a strict
release and change management process. The Infrastructure Specialist will
also be responsible for maintaining a relational database repository, of
which, the tasks can include troubleshooting, log review, and optimization.
Additionally this specialist will ensures all infrastructure components are
correctly monitored and backups are maintained for all relevant systems.
Deep understanding of a tiered web environment and how all the tiers relate
in a security context is key for this position including, but not limited to
IP, Web Servers, Application Servers, Security Policy Engines, Agents of
said Policy Engines, LDAP, databases and the underlying Operating Systems
and intimate knowledge of batch and real time scripting.

Responsibilities:
• Install, configure maintain patch levels and troubleshoot on CA SiteMinder
Policy Servers, Agents on various Web and Application Servers, ERP
Connectors and Identity Federations (with a strong emphasis on
troubleshooting)
• Implementation, deployment, and maintenance support of Sun Directory
Server Enterprise Edition (LDAP)
• Interaction with staff application developers, and other infrastructure
back line teams
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation for all environment
components
• Advocate secure computing practices and procedures, and communicate
Information Security best practices throughout the company.
• Perform on-call support duties for production systems based on a rotation
schedule.

Required Qualifications:


This position requires the following qualifications and experience:
• 4+ years of information security experience with focus and expertise in
configuration and maintenance of CA SiteMinder version 6.x/R12 running on
Wintel and different flavors of Linux
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in successfully integrating .Net, Domino
and J2EE applications to Single Sign On (SSO)
• 4+ years of experience with CA Application Server Agents(ASA)
• 4+ years of experience with SiteMinder ERP, Oracle connectors and
session-linker for SAP, PeopleSoft, Documentum environments
• 3+ years of expertise in federation (SAML v1.0, 2.0) implementations with
both internal systems and external organizations.
• 3+ years of SUN Directory Server experience with application integrations,
configuring, tuning and developing applications using JNDI.
• Must have hands on experience in troubleshooting of problems, performance
tuning and day-to-day administration activities in co-ordination with
application, webhosting and weblogic teams
• 3+ years experience with Oracle, MS SQL, mySQL, Sybase, and DB2
• 3+ years of experience in administration of Oracle Weblogic
(8.x,9.x,10g,11g) , JBOSS (5.x,6.x), and Tomcat application servers
• Knowledge and understanding on NNM, MIB, HP Open View and network
components such as firewall and F5 load balancers.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Sun Directory Server 5.x/6.x
• 2+ years experience with ANT builds, Shell and Perl Scripting
• Experience with SiteMinder form-based and Integrated
