*Job Description*

This position will report to the Chief Architect of the Institutional
Retirement group within Wealth, Brokerage, and Retirement.  Primary
responsibilities include creation of architecture deliverables for many key
projects leveraging Mobile, Web, and Batch technologies.  Conducts complex
technology and system assessments for component architecture, participates
in the strategic technology planning and the development of Living Target
Architectures. Possesses expert level knowledge of web technologies, SOA,
Java, and UML. Significant experience with JEE architecture and
Infrastructure. Experience with all aspects of application lifecycle
technologies and tools- including development, testing and QA, continuous
integration, deployment, and monitoring. Capable of working closely with
Environment and Infrastructure, Infrastructure Architecture, Enterprise
Architecture and Dev-Ops teams.  Provides in-depth technical and systems
consultation to internal clients and technical management to ensure
alignment with target architectures.



*Basic Qualifications*

· 7 years design and planning experience in systems, application,
or IT Architecture.



*Minimum Qualifications*

· Demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or
business solutions. Demonstrated wide application of technical principles,
practices, and procedures to multiple applications or a component family.

· 15+ years as an IT professional with 5+ years as a Systems or
Solutions Architect. Highly proficient in the documentation of solution
architecture and design

· Demonstrated expertise in product evaluation and selection
recommendation

· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with demonstrated
experience influencing IT leadership



*Preferred Skills:*

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field

· Prior JEE and SOA Development Experience

· WebSphere experience a plus

· Good knowledge of Infrastructure Architecture a plus

· Excellent Communication Skills

Required background:
7-10 years experience in information technology with 3 years of financial
services experience (preferably in the deposits/client liquidity/cash
management domain) and 2 to 3 years of technology architecture experience.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to clearly
communicate complex technical topics with non-technical personnel.
Previous role experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in core treasury technology systems supporting
deposits, account analysis, sweeps, control disbursements, account
reconcilement, and other liquidity products.

met.
