5+ years of experience in Information Security
Experience as a Security Administrator or Analyst
Experience with McAfee Antivirus software
Experience in a Cisco security environment
Experience maintaining IPS (Sourcefire)
Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done
Experience in an Enterprise level environment
Must be passionate about Information Security
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable interacting with various levels of IT and the Business
Must be able to work on a team
Must be able to interact with many different personalities
*Desired Skills: *
CISSP or similar certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or similar field of study
Experience in a retail environment
Familiarity with SOX PCI Compliance
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for a Security Administrator to join a
well-known, growing organization in Columbus, Ohio. This person is being
brought aboard to help lay the groundwork and build the security foundation
for the company. Ideal candidates will have experience with McAfee
Antivirus software and experience maintaining IPS. We are looking for
someone who is willing to do whatever needed to help the team. This
position will require the selected candidate to wear multiple hats and
support the current security infrastructure. Security certifications are
helpful but not required. The group has a flood of new projects coming
down the pipeline and they are looking for someone who wants to help make a
difference.
