*Role : Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional with ECM Payroll* *Work Location-Nashua, NH(This position may require travel)* *Experience- 5-7 years of Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional experience* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Wanted: Global Innovators To Help Us Build Tomorrow’s Enterprise* In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Design and Development. You will play an important role working closely with the client to gather, validate, document functional requirements, translate business/functional requirements to offshore technical team, and also work independently to deliver high quality code. You will also support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. We are unable to sponsor at this time. *Qualifications Basic* · Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education · At least 5-7 years of Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional experience. *Preferred* · 6-8 years of Oracle EBS technical/ techno-functional experience (preferably EBS R12 HCM Core HR, Payroll skills). · Strong expertise coding in Oracle Apps PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, UNIX, Shell scripting. · Good knowledge on Oracle tuning. · Good to have knowledge on Oracle database upgrades and Oracle HRMS (like Core HR). · Exposure on Java and Oracle reports is an add-on. · Experience working in an onsite-offshore global delivery model. · Requires strong oral and written communication skills. · Good analytical and problem resolution skills. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
