*Job description*

·       Set up, administer and support Atlassian Tools such as: *JIRA*,
*Confluence*, *Service Desk and Stash.*

·       Evaluate existing Architecture and requirements

·       Define and plan next generation Suite installation and migration
plan.

·       *Install, upgrade, integrate and administer Atlassian Tools: JIRA ,
Confluence, Stash and Bamboo, etc.*

·       *Administer Atlassian Tools instances on a day to day basis
including performance tuning/scaling.*

·       Create comprehensive JIRA workflows including project workflows,
screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes etc.

·       Use built-in customization as well as third party add-ons for
extending the functionality of Atlassian Tools.

·       Manage permissions for the Atlassian Tools, including project wide
and issue/space/repository access.

·       Utilize Confluence for knowledge and file sharing. Customize look
and feel to match corporate branding.

·       Setup reports, dashboards and filters as well as utilize third
party add-ons in JIRA and Confluence.

·*       Evaluate, setup and support third party add-ons for Atlassian
Tools. Setup projects and repositories including read/write access in
Stash.*

·       Write Stash pre-commit script to ensure unit testing code is
included and execute unit testing prior to committing.

·       Setup Continuous Integration and automated deployments using
Bamboo/Jenkins.

·       Schedule and coordinate maintenance for critical systems.

·       Research Atlassian best practices for implementation.

·       Prepare and present projects to supervisor and possible other
leadership.

·       Work on various projects within department.

·       Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

·       Interact with existing vendors for support and troubleshooting.

·       Create and maintain detailed technical and user facing
documentation.

*Preferred Qualifications: *

·       Expert level *Atlassian* tool administration knowledge on JIRA,
Confluence, and Stash.

·       Be the support go-to person for Atlassian Tools.

·       Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‐on experience working with the
Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA and Service Desk as a
Project/Application Administrator.

·       Energetic and ability to work in a fast changing dynamic agile
environment; strong work ethic with good time management

·       Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to
determine potential areas of improvement

·       Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast‐paced environment

·       Solutions oriented.

·       Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with
internal and external contacts at all levels.

·       Ability to perform installation and upgrade of Atlassian Tools in a
Linux server environment with relational database like MS *SQL* and *DB2.*

·       Comfortable with Windows, Linux and AIX
