·4-5- Years of experience in Oracle Property Management Module.

·1 Implementation experience of Oracle Property Management
Module.

·Should have sound knowledge in Oracle AP,AR,GL,CE

·*Essential : R12*

·Must have exposure of Property Manager integration with AP and
AR

·Should have knowledge in Creation of leases, lease generations
and Billing Generation

·Should have an exposure on automate the assessment of Rent
Increases

·Should have an exposure on automate the space Assignment and
Utilizations

·Should have good understanding of business process related to
Property Management

·Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL needed
