Please let me know if have any suitable consultant available for below position, and you can share updated resume along with rate & contact details to npa...@aclatinc.net zmoham...@aclatinc.net <npa...@aclatinc.net> · This will be a one year commitment. · Will support Manufacturing Quality Engineers: create inspection criteria, review drawings, and suggest measurement methods, support validations, route deviations, support product movement through facility. * Position: Quality Engineer* *Location: Memphis, TN * *Duration: 12 Months contract * *upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* *POSITION DESCRIPTION * · Other duties may be assigned. · Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. · Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. · Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment. · Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. · Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. · May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality. · Investigation of Field Actions, Non-Conformance Conditions, Product Field failures, Interface between Client Manufacturing Site and Supplier *EDUCATION:* Bachelor degree with two years industry experience (manufacturing) *PREFERRED EDUCATION: * Bachelors in mechanical or biologic chemistry, or biomedical engineering, or related field and more than two years of industry experience (medical device manufacturing) *FUNCTIONING FACTORS * · Knowledge: Applies intermediate knowledge of practices and procedures focused in one job family or broad knowledge across a job function. · Problem Solving: Provides solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. · Discretion / Latitude: Works under general supervision. · Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy. · Impact: Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with work group objectives. · Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays in program schedules and may result in the allocation of additional resources. · Liaison: Internal interactions extend beyond the immediate work group. · External interactions are transactional, task oriented, or problem solving in nature.
