Education: Additional Job Details: ***MUST-HAVES: • Strong communication and documentation • Strong customer service skills • Focused on meeting priorities in the scheduled timeframe • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare user acceptance testing scripts and perform UAT according to these test scripts 2. Work with testing automation / QA team to automate successful test scripts 3. Prepare, maintain and update team procedures and comprehensive documentation for the business processes that are developed and implemented. 4. Liaison between the global derivative service business partners and investment systems units to reproduce user issues and document business needs 5. Identify opportunities for increasing system/business opportunities. 6. Prepare, develop and/or support training materials ** *Knowledge / Education: Required*** • Working knowledge of basic derivative products (Futures, Options, Swaps) • SQL Querying ability • MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)- • Reconciliation Skills Recommended • Experience in derivative operations / back office preferred • Experience with OpenLink FINDUR or ENDUR applications • Knowledge of SDLC and Project Life Cycle Methodologies • Experience with Microsoft Access.
