Need a engineer to implement the Recoverpoint part of this project. Client
is going to provide the Oracle Resource.
*We need someone who has installed configured and mirrored in a DR site
Recoverpoint. I am not looking for people who have utilized Recoverpoint.*

*Work will be done at 2 Data centers, one in NC and one in MA*

This project has these focused objectives:
- Design Recoverpoint for Production/DR
- Implement Recoverpoint – production first and then DR site
- Configure Recoverpoint for Oracle database Production/DR replication

* Project Scope*
- Customer Kick-off meeting to determine requirements
- Determine distance for replication
- Determine the number of LUNS to be replicated
- Determine customer RPO and RTO.
- Determine Oracle database requirements
- Customer site audit
- Determine firmware and flare code revisions
- Determine interoperability of splitters
- Validate host OS patches and HBA driver revisions
- Validate Oracle production database in archive log mode
- Gather Oracle production database configuration
- Documentation for installation
- Customer meeting to discuss installation plan
- Setup and installation of Source site appliance installation
- Create Repository
- Create Journal Volume
- Create Consistency Group
- Create LUNS
- Configure Splitters
- Setup and installation of Remote site appliance installation
- Create Repository
- Create Journal Volume
- Create Consistency Group
- Create LUNS
- Configure Splitters
- Testing replication and tuning
- Customer staff knowledge transfer
- Customer kick-off meeting to determine Oracle installation
- Review DR recovery timeframe objectives
- Gather Oracle production database configuration
- Validate Oracle production database in archive log mode
- Document and validate configuration against requirements
- Setup and installation of Source site Oracle appliance installation
- Create Repository
- Create Journal Volume
- Create Consistency Group
- Configure Splitters
- Setup and installation of Remote site Oracle appliance installation
- Create Repository

- Setup and configure Recoverpoint for Oracle database replication
- Testing replication and tuning as it pertains to Oracle
- Synchronize source production Oracle database with DR target Oracle
database
- Based on client policy, validate data in production Oracle database
is consistent with DR target Oracle database
- Simulate a WAN outage for period of time, validate synchronization
of Oracle DR target database during time of WAN outage
· Complete Oracle database replication documentation
- Knowledge transfer for customer
- Data Center Finalization information
- Closing meeting with customer
- Final documentation of implementation
