That’s really it in a nutshell. Now what I have seen from resumes I’ve received is that most of the candidates are heavy in voice and very light in data and some do not have much data at all. I really need someone who knows the basics of data and maybe has done it for a year somewhere and feels comfortable with routers/switches.
