·   Participate in design discussions and provide input to technical
solution

·   Code enhancements according to specifications

·   Comprehensive unit testing

·   Work with systems analysts and QA teams throughout the lifecycle to
ensure that the end product meets the business needs and expectations

·   Negotiate plans, timelines and trade-offs while ensuring end
project meets the business expectations

·   Provide application support, research issues

*Skills and Experience Needed*

*Technical Skills: *

·   5+ years of experience in Java development

·   Experience with JavaScript and JSF

·   Experience with Oracle or DB2 SQL

·   Experience with iBates or Hibernate frameworks

*Non-technical Skills:*

·   Experience with waterfall SDLC

·   Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to timelines

*Desired Skills:*

·   Healthcare experience (preferably PBM)
