Job Title: Software Engineer III Duration: 6+MonthsContract Location: LN in Ohio Job Description: This is a position with a focus on performance tuning Education/Experience • Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required • 8-10 years of experience required • 2+ years of experience of performance monitoring and tuning Responsibility level • Work collaboratively as part of an Agile team, yet exercise independent judgment requiring minimal direction from manager Major Job Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with product owner to identify and prioritize performance related product requirements • Collaborate with external teams on performance bottlenecks and dependencies • Leverage personal expertise/experience to provide recommendations and constructive feedback in order to ensure a high performing quality product • Design, develop and document application and framework code in Java and Javascript and other front end technologies • Work with internal performance QA teams on system, performance and acceptance testing Technical Requirements • Familiarity with agile/iterative development methodologies (XP, SCRUM, etc.) • Strong object-oriented design and Java programming skills, including experience with leading open source frameworks such as Spring, JQuery and Junit • Strong Performance specific requirements including JVM tuning, concurrency, UI • Knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies for the browser (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON) (3+ years) • Experience using several RESTful APIs to build out a single page. • Strong understanding of container management example Apache, JBoss, Jetty • Solid relational DBMS skills using SQL server, Oracle MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle or other DBMS products • Experience interfacing with REST web services • Working knowledge of development tools such as Eclipse, GIT, and Maven • Knowledge of continuous integration and release management tools • Knowledge of Cloud frameworks • Experience with AngularJS a plusWorking experience with statistics and reporting • Working experience with scripting languages python, perl, ruby Thanks, Jack Dorsan jack.dor...@panzersolutions.com 203-652-1444 Ext.143 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
