*Job Title* Senior Business Analyst *Relevant Experience* *(in Yrs)* 10+ years *Technical/Functional Skills* - *Overall 15+ years with 10+ years related work experience (preference for property and casualty insurance experience).* - *Experience with agile/scrum methodology.* - *Software development lifecycle experience.* *Experience Required* - Overall 15+ years with 10+ years related work experience (preference for property and casualty insurance experience). - Is self-motivated, a quick learner, and self-directed - A creative thinker who analyzes, reviews and also propose recommendation on efficient and creative solutions to business problems and - Is not afraid to ask the tough questions that lead to optimal solutions in support of our customers’ needs - Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; can confidently communicate and share experience and knowledge. - Experience with agile/scrum methodology. - Software development lifecycle experience. *Roles & Responsibilities* - Participate in functional requirement gathering and use case creation sessions between IT & business teams - Take the lead in reviewing and evaluating the system requirements documentation - Ensure functional/system requirements and use cases documented are clear and concise to map to business requirements and processes in language understandable to both technical and domain stakeholders - Mentor and provide guidance to IT personnel in case of any gaps in documented the use cases and functional requirements - Ensure that requirements are reviewed and approved by the business community; managed and updated under change control; and developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs - Review test plans, scenarios, and test cases where applicable.
