*IAM consultant * *Mode of Interview: PS+ Skype* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* *Rate: Open on C2C/ W2* *Job description:* Working under limited supervision, support the full software development lifecycle of central identity and access management infrastructure including: requirements gathering/analysis, test and implementation planning/execution, risk assessment, and process improvement. Provides second and third level tier operational support of the full scalable software and hardware solutions for central Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Management services. Research and develop software in support of the identity and access management services. Maintain in-depth technical expertise in the areas of identity management, information security, and system administration. Maintain regular contact with campus clients of ISC and with hardware and software vendors providing service support and final tier escalation for identity management services. *Requirements/Qualification* Five to seven years of experience, including at least two years of UNIX network application programming experience in Perl, Python, and/or C or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with modern software engineering methodologies and tools (especially git), in both sides of client/server and web programming, with a range of authentication and authorization services and with managing projects through the full system development lifecycle; awareness of best practices for application security and data privacy. Some database administration experience (especially Postgres, mysql, and LDAP); some Windows and/or Macintosh programming experience. Strong customer service orientation and strong organizational and written and verbal communications skills.
