*Position - Senior DevOps Engineer* *Location - Richardson, TX*
*Duration - 6+ Months Contract* *NEED GC AND USC* *Responsibilities: * * • Build automation to provision environments and applications • Build or leverage existing tools to automate production and non-production deployments • Enable faster product delivery and time-to-market • Provide support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex Integration and/or environmental issues • Create monitoring solutions and instrument applications to provide insights into performance and to understand emerging issues • Identify enhancements to improve stability or performance of integration processes • Pro-actively monitor environment and application health for potential issues and take action to preserve SLAs • Document respective configurations, processes and procedures • Make recommendations for architectural enhancements to improve security & performance • Provide technical assistance for code builds and deployments • Monitor assigned systems for security and performance on a daily basis • Administer, update and tune existing non-production infrastructure Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years’ DevOps experience • 3+ years’ experience in Linux system administration • 2-3 years’ development experience using Agile development methodologies • 1+ years’ experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef or an equivalent • Proficient in PowerShell, JavaScript and/or Python • Strong working knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization • Experience with one or more of the following - Java, Ruby, Groovy • Experience with tuning Linux systems, Java VM’s, Application services • Experience with Build/CI tools – Hudson/Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Subversion, GIT • Experience with network and file protocols including HTTP, SFTP, XML, HTML, etc. • Experience with testing and debugging live systems • Experience with Load Balancers • Experience with relational databases with MYSQL being preferred • Willingness and demonstrate ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly • Solid understanding of server architectures, operating systems & application resource utilization • Ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution, strong problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Education Requirement: **BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical degree required.* *Thanks and Regards* *[image: cid:image001.jpg@01D0A762.A6EA2220]* *Chad* IT RECRUITER *Email*: *c...@technocraftsol.com* <c...@technocraftsol.com> *Contact*: *614-664-7632* *Yahoo ID / Gmail ID*: *chad.technocraft* *Website*: www.technocraftsol.com *Note: Technocraft Solutions LLC works with Direct Client’s and Preferred Vendors Nationwide. * *Your confirmation would means that you understand the level of Technocraft Solutions LLC association for the mentioned project and will not approach Technocraft Solutions LLC Client directly* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
