*Position - Sr. Java-Hadoop Developer (SQL, Hadoop)* *Location - Denver, CO*
*Duration - Long term contract* *Overview:* *· Participate and provide leadership in the system design and development activities especially focused on Big Data Analytics and Entity Resolution* *· Produce and develop software in an agile environment, using modern techniques and processes (e.g., version control, branching, merging, bug tracking, etc.)* *· Participate and lead, when required, daily agile development coordination meetings, and incorporate agile processes into development activities* *· The qualified applicant will be responsible for designing and developing Hadoop and related technologies solutions for enterprise class application using java technologies in areas of Entity Resolution, data visualization and data analytics* *.* *Qualifications:* *· BS in Computer Science / Engineering, MS preferred* *· 9+ years’ experience in software development using Java* *· 3-4 years’ experience using SQL, preferably in Oracle environment* *· Must have very strong Java development skills.
