Please review the requirement and if you find it matching your profile then send me your updated resume ASAP/IMMEDIATE *Job Title: Agile Project Manager* *Location: San Antonio, TX* *Contract Length: 6+ Months* *US Citizens, NEED LOCALS* Position Summary: The Agile Project Manager is responsible for the management of corporate projects and initiatives, using project management best practices. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Manages the execution of Corporate projects and initiatives leveraging proven project management methodologies and best practices • Organizes and facilitates release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, project reviews, retrospectives, product demos and other Scrum-related meetings • Manages all project resources effectively including any external consultants assigned to the project • Develops and maintains key project documentation, to include the project plan, schedule, issue log, risks and implementation plan • Establishes the project budget by conducting a budget analysis and creating a CapEx budget request to be approved by the CFO. Works jointly with business analyst to create the budget analysis • Tracks and reports on all project labor and monitors project costs against the established budget • Utilize agile project management tool to monitor team velocity, product backlogs, and release and sprint progress • Develops periodic reports to reflect project performance and deliver presentations throughout the project life cycle, as necessary • Mentors and coaches product owners and Scrum teams to ensure that all parties understand and adhere to the Scrum framework • Works with management to remove identified impediments and minimize distractions to support the development team’s sprint goals • Ensures sufficient communication is taking place to keep all stakeholders aware of the project status • Maintains strict confidentiality of highly sensitive information • Recommends and implements enhancements to the project management methodology and toolset • Documents Lessons Learned and facilitate their translation into Best Practices • Other duties and projects as needed to support the team Requirements Position Requirements Basic Qualifications - • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field • At least two (2) years’ experience in a project management role • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.) Other Position Requirements • Demonstrated practical knowledge of the agile software development framework to include Scrum roles, values, procedures and artifacts • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated organizational and follow-up skills • Demonstrated ability in business and continuous improvement efforts • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct personnel • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies • Demonstrated ability in building complete project plans • Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects Preferred Qualifications • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Regards Ashish Gupta 1351 McCarthy Boulevard, Suit 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035 *Phone* : 408-457-9381 Ext 4103 *Yahoo, Hangouts* : ashish.recruiter12 *Email* : ashish.gu...@idctechnologies.com *URL* : WWW.idctechnologies.com <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
