Once the baseline has been identified, additional agents, policy and configuration will be layered in and measured for impact to client platform performance. The role will prepare, analyze, and suggest methods of presenting data. Summarizes data analysis in written reports. From information gathered, suggests future development and enhancement options. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for specific software under multiple workstation configurations. They will work with project team to produce tests procedures for test scenarios. They will execute and repeat tests while documenting results. *JOB EXPERIENCE:* *5 years’ experience* *Windows workstation setup and support * *Testing applications and/or creating test procedures * *Experience with installing, uninstalling and configuring Windows applications * *Experience with Host Virtualization and Virtual Networking * *Experience using IE 11 and Chrome web browsers * *Experience working with project requirements and completing deliverables * *Good communications skills, documentation * *Plus to know network, cloud, SaaS, internet, protocols, proxy and certificate trust concepts * *DESIRED EXPERIENCE:* Experience with benchmarking tools a plus (PCMark, Sandra, etc.) Experience with LoadRunner/WinRunner Experience with Mac OSX, Windows 7 Experience with Office365 productivity suite *EDUCATION:* *H.S.
