Are Mandatory Consultant Should have more than 8 Years+ Primary Skills : C#, ASP.NET, WCF,XML, XSLT, Javascript, JQuery and database development (using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS ) Job Description: Oversees the day to day development of applications, including program design, coding, testing, debugging, and requirements documentation. Serves as technical lead with responsibilities that include instructing, directing, and managing the work of other developers. Ensures application design, development schedule, and implementation meet or exceed documented application scope/timeline, while adhering to established standards. Technical Lead collaborates with Project Managers to oversee the build process, review code and sign-off and maintains a detailed production schedule that includes time estimates for each task, check points, deliverables and reviews to be included in the overall project plan. Besides software development, individual oversees the build process, design documentation, and conducts design and code reviews. Required Technical Skills Expert skills and experience in the following: C#, ASP.NET, WCF,XML, XSLT, Javascript, JQuery and database development (using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS ) Experience in architecture and technical design of enterprise solutions leveraging OOD/OOA, SOA, and web services. Advanced understanding of software design patterns and methodology. Experience with Agile, Scrum, including requirements definition, system design and testing / QA and transition to production.
