*Job Title:             AEM Developer*

1.     AEM 6 (AEM 5 is also okay) – Tell me which they have and where

2.     Adobe CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ
platform, the use of core frameworks Apache Sling and Apache Felix.

3.     developing Templates, components using JSP or Slightly scripting
language, OSGI bundles, sling services, custom workflow)

4.     JS validation, ajax, json/jsonp

5.     Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries and JSTL skills



*Duties and Responsibilities: *

·         Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates,
tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software
applications

·         Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve
complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations,
operating time, and form of desired results

·         Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for
system software applications

·         Provides high level written communications such as white papers,
decision documents, or research papers
Identify, escalate and document production impact issues for the
environment to confirmed delivery for client and business notification

·         Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates,
components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.

·         Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web
framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.

·         Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)

·         Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content
management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking,
formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.

·         Translate business requirements into AEM specific implementation
specifications.

·         Design and improve internal development methodologies

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·         Experience in AEM 6 (AEM 5 is also okay) implementation,
building, this will be on the development side.

·         Proficient in Adobe CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX
repository, the CQ platform, the use of core frameworks such as Apache
Sling and Apache Felix.

·         A solid understanding of all Adobe CQ building blocks including
templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the CQ development and
deployment process.

·         Hands on experience in developing Templates, components using JSP
or Slightly scripting language, OSGI bundles, sling services, custom
workflow process and customizing out of the box widget and components.

·         At least 5+ years of experience with JAVA + Web development
experience

·         Experience in OO Design principles, Java, SQL, HTML, MVC, JSF,
REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, and JavaScript

·         Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries
and JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java
frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

·         Experience with JS validation, ajax, json/jsonp.

·         Experience with REST, Sling and SOAP in a production environment

Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development
environment; experience with Agile a strong plus
