*Network Operations Analyst * Location: Bartlesville, ok. Duration: 6 months Rate-DOE This is for a Network Operations Analyst Responsibilities – This role supports network projects for our global data center network environments, WAN & LAN connectivity, security initiatives, 3rd level support for network operational issues, and technical consultancy. Specific experience, knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Cisco LAN/WAN is expected and required for this position. Good problem management/resolution capability with hands on ability and customer facing skills. Strong on documentation and processes. Capable of optimizing day-to-day operational stability with the continual need to improve the service and deploy new services, processes and technologies. Qualifications – Basic/Required: • Legally authorized to work in the United States • 5+ years of Cisco Networking experience with minimum of CCNA Cisco Certification or equivalent Preferred: • College degree; preferably in MIS, CS, EE or related program • Cisco CCNP or higher certification • 5+ years working knowledge with EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS routing protocols • 5+ years working knowledge and troubleshooting within a large global Cisco data center environment; specific experience with Cisco 6500 and Nexus hardware. • Experience with NTP setup and troubleshooting • 5+ years working knowledge with Cisco ASA firewalls and IPS/IDS solutions • Experience in the configuration and support of QoS • Specific knowledge of Cisco ACS, WAN Optimization, VPN, and Internet Proxy Servers • Accountable and delivers on commitments • Ability to achieve excellent results with minimal guidance • Communicates clear & specific recommendations and strategies to a wide range of audiences • Programming/scripting experience; PERL and/or C# If you feel, this position will be a right step in your career path, please send me a copy of your resume along with all necessary details requested for submission to end client (preferably in Word format) .
