This person provides technical leadership to others and is charged with tactical action and operational decision-making to fulfill alignment of technology with the overall business goals and objectives seamlessly. *What is Expected (Essential Functions)* · Provides technical leadership and direction in identifying, evaluating and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business practice, leveraging current systems and technology where possible. · Maintains excellent partnerships and communication with business partners, both within IT and across organization to ensure synergy among all projects. · Coaches and mentors team members to help them achieve individual expectations and deliverables, driving organizational effectiveness and accountability. · Serve as liaison with functional groups and business facilitating planning, prioritization and collaboration between groups. · Develop requirements documents for changes to or new systems and/or technology. *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* · Manufacturing and Distribution Technology experience required, minimum 10 years. · Experience with Oracle 10.7 character or earlier preferred · Experience with InforSXE preferred · Experience directly managing projects of significant scale and complexity in a multi-national environment and proficient in Project Management methodologies. · 2 years’ experience in developing software (programming). · Proven ability to develop and establish best practices. · Excellent leadership and communication skills. · Requirement is for Oracle Apps PM.
