They need to be Very Strong with Windows Servers. *Primary Purpose of the Job: * · A Windows Server Engineer is responsible for the technical management of a robust, resilient and efficient Microsoft Windows Server environment. · From high-level design of projects to detailed design and delivery of individual components, it is the Leads responsibility to create, deliver and support both internal and external projects. · Performing project management and project implementation through to support. Leads will also be SME in one or more function. Performing tasks such as detailed design, installation, and configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment. · Leads main task are to influence and direct internally and externally, support and mentor seniors to ensure a continually improved and efficient service. Leads will enforce good design and standards while also providing investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.
