*Title:* Business System Analyst (BA/PM) *Location:* Houston, TX. *Requisition Details:* Minimum *5 years* of experience as *BA/PM*. Chevron past experience would be a plus. Knowledge about *CPDEP *documentation and processes. Aware of* Chevron* way of project management. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. *Designs solutions* by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. Work with technical SMEs to gather and transition the information within team. Coordinate with operations and project team to keep everyone up-to-date. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; *establishing project budget*. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. Maintains user operations requirements and help them in documentation and transition Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing Chevron internal trainings Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
