(This person will be primarily responsible for work orders and will directly work with the business. Production support work orders are the problems reported by business. Help Desk is Tier 1 support and Help Desk creates work orders. If they are related to applications then Help Desk transfers them to Application Development and Production Support team. This person is part of Application Development and Production Support team. This person is responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting the work order and ensures that user request is resolved. Typically it does not need programming change, but may need database update script. After resolving the problem, this person needs to think of permanent solution for the problem so that similar problem is not reported by business again and introduce a change request (change request means program change or a new programs) and provide requirement and analysis for the change request, if time permits. The change request can be developed by this person, if there are no other open work orders, otherwise there are other developers who full time works on change requests. If there are no work orders open at any point of time then this person will work on the change requests. This person will require in-depth knowledge of all the systems supported. When new systems are developed by other developers and systems are ready to move to production, this person will need to learn the new system and be able to support.) • 5+ years of .NET application development experience • Experience in ASP.NET 3.5/4.0 • Language: C#.NET • Scripting Languages: JavaScript, Ajax • Experience in Entity FrameWork/Linq • Experience in WCF/Data Services • Database Technology: MS SQL Server 2008 • Experience building .NET Web Parts • MS Dynamics CRM and UI experience is a plus • Education: Bachelor's degree minimum • Exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills.
