We are currently at 17 and growing at 3-5 a year. In the implementation role they need to work with the users explaining our Global Design and defining their *real* requirements, which are often quite different from what they expr ess. Determine how to satisfy those requirements within our Global Design and in cases where changes are required, define those changes so that they will be consistent with the other 17 orgs running the same software. Creating new processes and working with the users post implementation for the first month after go live. In the support role they will need to review problems and new feature requests. Identify root causes for the problems and benefits for the new feature requests, in terms of the whole user community and not just the plant making the request, and monitor the development and testing of the fix. Qualifications: Experience in Discrete manufacturing environment preferably in an ETO, heavy machinery environment Experience on the shop floor and warehouse working with users and understanding the day to day issues they face Good functional knowledge of the manufacturing modules, WIP, INV, BOM, ENG, ASCP (constrained and non-constrained), COST. This is a functional analyst position but the ability to use reporting tool to troubleshoot issues and some technical knowledge of Oracle is desired.
