They will be the ONLY technical analyst outside of the hiring manager. They will need to be comfortable working with data modelers/architects. They will be doing “standard analyst” work which includes, requirements gathering, analysis of documents, working with different business teams, creating functional designs etc. This person will also need to be strong willed and confident.
