Candidate must be able to communicate well to all levels of management – Ability to successfully interact across multiple levels of an organization. ** Experience with WebSpere installation, configuration, administration and deployment. Very good experience with jython/python script to automate the WebSpehere admin tasks on Linux environment. Experience with jboss installation, configuration, administration and deployment and also automating the process with using any scripting language. Strong experience in Linux. Minimum 8 years of experience with Websphere and 4 years of IBM BPM administration experience.
