OBIEE Developer Parsippany, NJ Long term contract Consultant shall provide, as specified by Wyndham, application development and production support for OBIEE administration, software installation and software patching updates, ETL and eThority support and maintenance tasks as detailed in the attached Exhibit B. · Upon receipt of Assyst ticket, Consultant shall update the Assyst ticketing system by identifying the Consultant resource assigned to handle the ticket. As Consultant's resource handles the ticket, Consultant resource shall update the Assyst ticketing system by logging the following: time estimates for Consultant's resource to resolve issues and detailing the resolution activities Consultant performed to resolve the issues.
