Setup completed will cover primarily Diagnostic, monitoring, and alert in functions. Knowledge transfer through remaining system setup by staff and detailed documentation will be required. *Complete the setup of Solution Manager 7.1 for a representative subset of SAP systems for the following functionality I work centers*:* · Central monitoring and alerting in SAP Solution Manager for all systems. · Systems Recommendations function in the Change Management Work Center. · End-User Experience Monitoring. · EWA forn on-ABAP systems. · Business Process Change Analyzer for Change Impact Analysis. · Root Cause Analysis including CA Wily lntroscope, Java memory analysis, thread dump analysis. Diagnostic setup in Solution Manager toper form the following tasks: - Exception analysis. - Work load analysis. - Change analysis. - Trace analysis. - PI Monitoring Work Center. - Overview Monitor. - Component Monitor. - Channel Monitor. - Message Monitor and Message Search. - Link to the Alert lnbox. - Data Volume Management Work Center. - Central System Administration in the Technical Administration Work Center. - Service Level Reporting. - Custom Development Management Cockpit. KnowledgetransferthroughmentoringandtrainingmembersofthevariousTeamsthroughouttheSOWengagementtoallowforindependent support. Provide adequate deliverable documentation including but not limited to functional, report, and setup specifications. *Professional services work to include:* - *The candidate(s) must have a proven functional background, with atleast three years of experience implementing Solution Manager.* - Completed a minimum of three Solution Manager Implementations of like requested professional services work. - Sound knowledge of Solution Manager7.1. - Sound knowledge in standardizing processes, maximizing training resources strategic organizational alignment. - Depth of Solution Manager Experience and best practices. - Bring best practice approaches for the County Team to considerin a variety of areas as it relates to Solution Manager. - Ability to trouble-shoot issues, including the ability to conduct related research and work with the County Team. - Experience with writing configuration and setup documents and related customer documentation to be used for future reference.
