Candidate must have continuous IVR development experience as well as be able to lead a team*** Explanation for Position: · Lead Technical Specialist responsible for development and support of the Avaya Experience Portal IVR used in Europe to support 11 countries. · Resource will help migrate the IVR from IR 4.0 to AAEP in conjunction with a team from Avaya. Details of Position: · Skills needed are: Strong knowledge of the Avaya IVR platform and minimum of 3 years development experience with VXML/CCXML languages as well as experience in developing grammars for the Nuance speech platform.
