*Title: Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Tampa, FL* *Need Green card or Citizen only* *Required Skills*: Healthcare Insurance/Payer experience strongly preferred Ideally experience with Med, Case, Disease or utilization management o If not specifically those items, experience with health insurance claims, enrollment Must have understanding of basic SQL queries *Job Description:* Our Client is in the process of moving from the current manual managed care processes and HEDIS QA Platforms in place to Pega. The Business Systems Analyst’s primary responsibility will entail defining requirements to facilitate the move from the current manual managed care processes and Hedis QA platforms to Pega. *Requirements*: · Healthcare Insurance/Payer experience · Must have some understanding of SQL, writing basic Queries · Be able to work in a fast paced demanding environment – self-starter, willingness to figure things out on their own, drive requirements processes. · A curiosity to figure out how systems work together, what systems talk to what other systems, etc · Ideally experience with Med, Case, Disease or utilization management o If not specifically those items, experience with health insurance claims, enrollment · Agile experience is nice but not required, they are not a fully agile shop, candidate needs to be ok with that. *BSA Skills/Competencies: * - Healthcare Insurance/Payer experience strongly preferred - Must have understanding of basic SQL queries - Able to thrive in a fast paced demanding environment – self-starter, willingness to figure things out on their own, drive requirements processes and curiosity to figure out how systems work together - 3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life-Cycle - 5+ years of experience in business analysis (or 2+ years with Master's degree) - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities *Key Duties* * and Responsibilities for Business Systems Analyst :* · Primary point of contact for interface between the business users and IS teams. · Formulates and defines systems, scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with a basic understanding of business systems. · Conducts analyses of business and user needs · Documenting requirements and revising existing logic as necessary. · Employees in this position must be experienced in full Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and understand the business impact of applications and the information technology available to meet those needs · Reviews programming requests and work with business users and technical staff to identify, gather, analyze and document business system requirements · Articulates and presents business analysis results clearly and concisely to programming staff · Works with business users to document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining and documenting process improvement options · Works with business users to define and document business rules · Participates in systems development efforts · Participates in testing, acceptance, testing and implementation of information systems, modules and subsystems · Provides user support during application software implementations · Participates in training users on application software · Participates in Application Group and business unit meetings · Strong written communication skills *Best Regards,* *Anil Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
