We are looking for a Mid/Senior developer who has a really good object oriented programming knowledge and understands Salesforce Platform from a custom development perspective. •Review business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements. •Participates in analysis and design activities. •Responsible for the development activities using the Force platform. •Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation. •Familiar and interested in doing Salesforce Administrative tasks. •Participate in software development on the Salesforce.com platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies. •Self-starter, “can-do” attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both IT and business partners and leaders. •A strong sense of methodology, process and metrics, functions, and projects. •Process and results-oriented. *We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:* •3+ years development experience with Visual Force, Java-script, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch jobs & standard SFDC components. •3+ years experience with SFDC Object design, SOQL & SOSL. •Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality. •3+ years of experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC projects. •4+ years of experience working with web based technologies and object oriented programming.
