Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Technical** Project Manager* *Herndon, VA (LOCALS) 6+months Contract* *Phone and F2F * *Responsibilities:* · Responsible for planning and execution of the full software development lifecycle for application development. · Work with technical team members and control the scope and schedule for their engagements and provide day-to-day guidance with them team in conjunction with technical leadership. · Be the primary spokesperson for the solutions being developed and liaison with the customer, providing capability demonstrations and attending planning meetings that are both technical and operational in nature. · Effectively Communicates Project timelines, milestones and estimated delivery dates to Senior Management. · Efficiently Drives Operations and Development to meet delivery deadlines. · Responsibilities include, but are not limited to management of development projects utilizing the Agile methodology; project planning, risk assessment, resource management, and estimating and monitoring cost. · Plan and coordinate project activities across business units, including project team meetings and related communications · Work with department leads to create comprehensive project timelines and project structures · Facilitate discussions to drive decision making and move projects toward completion · Apply organizational knowledge to anticipate issues and mitigate adverse scheduling impacts on other business units and/or project timelines · Maintain proper communication channels to alert senior management of anticipated risks and, as needed, evaluate risks to identify possible solutions · Participates in daily standup’s and coordinates Sprints. *Qualifications:* · Experience managing full life cycle software development projects. · Experience managing projects using agile development methodologies. · Experience exhibiting verbal communication to include briefings/presentations and interactions with customers and superiors. · Experience managing tasks, priorities and schedules for med to large scale projects. · Experience exhibiting technical skills to identify dependencies and technical risks. · Experience exhibiting teamwork skills, including working across organizational boundaries. · Proven comprehension of technology and ability to speak and understand in technical terms · Financial and budget experience a plus. · Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus. · Certified Scrum Master a plus. · 5+ years of project management experience · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system/software solution development and delivery · Ability to organize large amounts of information quickly and logically with high attention to detail · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with MAC a plus · Experience leading a team of developers, requirements personnel, and testers to deliver solutions · Ability to Manage one or more projects in support of a large-scale systems development · Ability to lead while being flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment. *Required education:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar *Thanks and Regards,* *Shilpi Bisht* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies* *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116|Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* *408-459-1965 [Direct] I shilpi.bi...@idctechnologies.com <shilpi.bi...@idctechnologies.com>* *www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
