Lawson Business Analyst to support data clean up and conversion from Lawson
to new ERP system.
*Scope of Responsibility*
Acts as techno-functional Lawson business analyst on Lawson data clean up
and conversion for the purposes of moving to a new ERP system.
- Perform data analysis and write queries on Lawson system to determine
what data needs to be stored, consolidated or updated in preparation for
the conversion.
- Document requirements and gain business approval.
- In collaboration with Lawson support vendor, perform data clean up as
needed in accordance with standard technology practices
- For conversion, create data mapping requirements from Lawson to new
technology in collaboration with consultant who has expertise in new
technology platform.
- Perform end-to-end extract data conversion data from Lawson (write
query, export and validate data)
- In collaboration with internal quality assurance, provide guidance for

Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field; or equivalent
combination of post high school education and experience equal to four (4)
years.

*Mandatory Skills Needed: *
- Min 5 years of experience as a Lawson business analyst defining
technical *and *functional requirements
- Experience in the following Lawson modules: AP, AR, PO, GL, BL/BR,
- Min 5 years of experience working in technical environment using
standard SDLC methodologies
*Desirable Skills:*
- Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
including the ability to convey technical information to technical and
non-technical users.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments
simultaneously.
- Ability to function effectively with or as part of a team.
*Deliverables:*
- Requirements for Lawson data to be stored, coordinated or updated
