*Position:- SAP MM Consultant* *Location:- Waltham, MA* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face* *Job Description:- * · Working in a matrix organization, the successful candidate will be both a leader and strong contributor. · The candidate will work with leaders, peer managers, super users and end users to build next generation business process capabilities aligned with company strategy. The candidate will support processes within incident management, change management, and base business support. Direct interaction with business end users and IT analysts and developers is expected. · This role is focused on business processes in the areas of plan-to-make, forecast-to-finish, materials management, and quality management requiring the successful candidate to be specialized in SAP modules of production planning – for process industries / Materials Management / Inventory Management / Logistics Execution / Quality Management (light version), and SAP-APO (Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning). · The role does not perform hands-on configuration / system setting, but must have a comprehensive knowledge of how related system configurations / settings work, integration points in SAP-ECC / SAP-APO, and master data. · Must have experience with SAP-PP/PI, SAP-QM, SAP-MM, SAP-APO, SAP-ECC. *RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES * · Work with Business and IT to prioritize and close incidents (tickets) · Identify super user training needs and engage in train-the-trainer actions to build competency in super users, enabling them to be qualified to train end users. · Work with Business and IT to Prioritize and deliver Request for Change (RFC).
