*Position: Data Analyst* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration: 3-6 month* *Rate is firm at $30/hr. corp. to corp* The role is a mid-level data analyst for a 3-6 month contract. Can do video interviews. . *Job Details:* The Data Analyst extracts data from the client's data warehouses using code like SQL. They manipulate, merge, and analyze the extracted data to produce reports, graphs, dashboards and other outputs to ultimately highlight the performances. *Duties will include:* • Taking requests from consulting partners, clarifying requirements and business cases and developing reports to answer these requests. • Gathering information necessary to generate reports, creating subsets of data, and interfacing with users. • Working with other teams to get answers and understanding that is needed, and documenting changes to business rules. • Troubleshooting issues reported by users that pertain to our custom, 3rd party business applications by researching programs, data, and application setups and recording the resolution. • Documenting tasks and activities that are used to resolve issues, in order to enhance the overall knowledge database used by the rest of the support team. • Tracking progress on requests, informing on status, and estimating time for completion. • Assessing and prioritizing issues, determining when escalation is necessary.
