Position:  HFM Business Analysts  (Preferably with Banking)
End Date or Duration:  6 months, possible renewal
Location(s):   Reading, PA
Terms:  Daily Rates Only - Average 9 hour day/ but could be more or less
depending on day's needs.
Travel is M-TH on-site (3 nights in hotel).  Reimburse Air, Hotel, Ground
Transport, Some Meals)


REQUIREMENT:
**Background Check will be required if offer is extended **

*Responsibility:* Create and maintain business requirements and functional
specification document

1.       *BA experience in Financials / Preferably Banking  - 7+ years*

2.       Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) ,  - 3+
years - 3+ years

3.       Data Relationship Governance (DRG) - 2+ years)

4.       Data Relationship Management (DRM) - 2+ years

5.       *implementations in a banking (accounting) environment
is highly preferable* -- including expertise working with documentation of
web forms, average balances, rounding, SEC reporting, and regulatory
reporting.

6.       Understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) is
required with emphasis on requirements gathering, documentation, and
quality assurance via requirements traceability.



*The ideal candidate is able to:*

o    Produce clear, concise requirements/specification documents in short
timeframes

o    Interview stakeholders, take notes, and create documentation from
verbal descriptions

o    Create workflows and infrastructure diagrams to populate business
requirements and functional specification documents

o    Receive and incorporate feedback from project stakeholders

o    Be organized and responsive to questions/requests

o    Quickly come up to speed on new subject matter areas

o    Adapt to changing processes or requirements

o    Ask contextual questions to further solicit and specify requirements

Understand upstream and downstream impact analysis
