*Position : Network Infrastructure Engineer with Bluecoat Exp.* *Location : Charlotte NC* *Duration : 6+ Months Interview : Phone Then Face To Face * *Job Description:* · The Engineer will provide direct technical support for requirements gathering, design, planning, coordination, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to the Premier computing environment. · Responsible for troubleshooting problems, and the rapid restoration of production service incidents. · Builds partnerships with project teams and works closely with internal and external customers and vendors to provide proposals and supporting analysis for operational improvement and ongoing project requirements. · Possesses an enterprise view of the business environment and the business applications running on the systems being managed, and leverages that knowledge to propose solution enhancements and achieve operational efficiencies. · Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to Administrator and collaborate with core team, Project Management, Security, and other cross functional teams to provide the appropriate solution.
