*Role : Oracle Fusion Consultant*

*Location : Itasca, IL*

*Duration : 9+ Months*

*GC and Citizen and GC-EAD and TN*


*BREAK DOWN:*

*-              70-80% technical                                      *

*-              20-30% functional *



*MUST HAVES:*

-              Strong Communication, this will be client/department
interfacing

-              Experience in a requirement gathering role (30-20% of the
role)



-              Very strong with technical components of the COMPENSATION
module of Oracle



o             Troubleshooting, configuring, implementing new features

o             Provide on-going support of Compensation module

-              Good functional skills with interfacing with business units

o             Work closely with end users to understand processes

o             Determine how to best leverage functionality features

o             Enhance functionality to enhance productivity



*Position Description:*



Provide on-going technical support, development of new feature
functionality and enhancements for the Oracle Fusion HCM compensation module

-              Manage timelines between Oracle Team and Business Users

-              Prioritization and allocation of Oracle Team resources on
Project

-              Work with Business Users to manage timeline expectations

-              Project Planning and Tracking for Bonus & Merit Cycles &
Upgrades

-              Communication and documentation of technical and business
deliverables

-              Follow through to completion of technical and business
deliverables

-              Manage Oracle to Fusion Integration

-              Perform Incremental Loads into Fusion Instances for all 16
Business Groups (using FBL)

•             Configuration Data (Locations, Organizations, Jobs, Salary
Basis)

•             Person Record Data

•             Work Relationship Data

•             Salary Changes

•             Performance

-              Tracking of Incremental Load Failures

-              Troubleshooting and correction of Incremental Load Issues
and Failures

-              Fusion Upgrade Integrations (Regression) testing

-              Architect solutions for Fusion Data Modeling for Fusion
Plans & POCs (Using multiple modelings within one Plan)

-              Configuration of Technical Plan components

-              Supervise all security profile configuration and configure
complex security profiles

-              Direct Offshore resource in configuration of Fusion
Bonus/Merit Plans



*Required Experience*

•             Strong technical background in Oracle Fusion/HCM
(w/compensation module specifically-  must have)

•             *Ideally 6-7 years of Oracle experience (2-3 years with
Fusion/cloud)*

•             Experience with interfaces to the compensation module

•             Ideally have technical and functional knowledge of Oracle
Fusion compensation module (technical -75%; functional 25% - important for
the configuration/functional set-up within the compensation module)
