The current BMC Remedy platform is the BMC IT Service Management Suite (ITSM) v.7.1 product suite and associated products. The environment includes formal project management and development methodology, with planned phases, and timeframes, for customer requirements gathering and analysis, development of customizations and product configuration, testing, promotion to production and end-user training. *Qualifications:-* Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 total years experience in a progressively more responsible product support, administration, and/or development role with BMC Remedy products. *Must have 3 years experience in a development and product support engineering role with:-* BMC Remedy *Action Request System* (ARS) *BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite (ITSM), including:-* Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Asset Management Service Level Management BMC Atrium CMDB BMC Remedy ITSM and/or BMC Atrium CMDB integration with 3rd party SQL-based applications BMC Remedy ITSM and/or BMC Atrium CMDB integration with 3rd party applications via email engine Customizing BMC Remedy Workflows, Forms, Reports, Filters to meet specified requirements Configuring Support Groups, Users, CIs, Foundation data Application of BMC Server product Patches, Hot fixes, Product Upgrades *Must have 2 years of experience with:-* Microsoft (MS) Windows Server platform Apache Tomcat and MS IIS Web Server platforms Java Development platform Business Objects – Crystal Reports Developer Customer Requirements Analysis and Solution Determination Working within a formal development environment, including the promotion of customizations from the development environment to the testing environment and then to the production environment.
